We want you to love your jewellery. But if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with the IGJ certificate included.

How to Return:

Drop us an email at customercare@svdjewels.com with your order number.

We'll arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.

Once received & inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of approval.

For COD orders, we will ask for your bank details.
